Kathy joined Common Sense in 2017. Kathy helps clients with parenting skills and support. She especially enjoys making personal connections with young children and teens. Kathy has experience as a Permanency Specialist, Foster Care Specialist, and In-Home Parenting Educator. She was drawn to social work because she is able to work with all kinds of populations within the community who struggle for rights and resources. This field allows her to advocate for their needs. She received her Pennsylvania Family Development Credential from Temple University in 2011 and has been a Cumberland County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA Volunteer) since 2011.
Bachelor of Criminal Justice, Summa Cum Laude, Central Penn College
