Lisa joined Common Sense in 2009. She has exceptional skills in improving the life of a child with special needs due to a history of trauma by assessing a willing family’s ability to meet that child’s needs. She conducts family assessments and helps to prepare and educate parents and families going through the adoption process. She received the Berks County Children and Youth Services Blue Ribbon of Appreciation in 2016. She has also served on the NASW, Cumberland County Children & Youth Services Advisory Board, Maternal Assistance Program Advisory Council, Sadler Health Clinic Advisory Board, and Cumberland County Human Services Council.
As an Adoption and Foster Care Case Manager, Lisa has helped provide a better quality of life for numerous children brought into the foster care system and permanency through adoption for many.
